Changes of Physiological parameters of the patient during laparoscopic gynaecology

Abstract Analysing and fusing data from the medical devices of different disciplines (anaesthesiology surgery) inside operating rooms may promote awareness during surgical procedures. In this work, changes physiological parameters patients undergoing laparoscopic gynaecology procedures were analysed. The statistical relationship between intra-abdominal pressure airway peak was evaluated. Patients ventilated with pressure-controlled ventilation (PCV) intermittent mandatory (IMV) included. results demonstrated that increasing (IAP) resulted in decreasing lung compliance. Pearson correlation coefficient IAP 0.910 PCV-patients 0.952 IMV-patients when settings considered. Additionally, major hemodynamic included alterations mean blood (MBP), where MBP increased after insufflating abdomen decreased deflation.
